Common use of Medicals and Passport Clause in Contracts

Medicals and Passport. 43.1 The Employer shall reimburse an-employee for the portion of the cost of any medical examination, eyesight or hearing test or Passport (with associated vaccinations), required at the Employer’s request and not covered by medical insurance. An employee shall at the request of the Employer attend a medical examination. Such examination will be at the Employer’s cost.
