MEDICALLY FRAGILE STUDENTS. Employees who are required to serve medically fragile students shall be provided appropriate training to deal with the special needs of the assigned student, as determined by the Employer. Such training shall be at the district's expense and at the employee's regular hourly rate. The parent or the legal guardian of the child will sign a statement acknowledging that a District employee is performing specific services and that this is permissible with the parent or legal guardian.
