Common use of Means of Communications Clause in Contracts

The Union may communicate with bargaining unit employees through the use of bulletin boards and/or electronic means of communication consistent with the policies of the College. The Union shall provide a copy of general bargaining unit communications to the Executive Director of Human Resources and the Employee Labor Relations Coordinator.
