May Hold Bonds. The Trustee or any paying agent or Bond Registrar, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Bonds with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, paying agent or Bond Registrar.

May Hold Bonds. Each of the Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Bond Registrar or any other agent of the Company or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Bonds and, subject to Sections 11.08 and 11.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not such Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Bond Registrar or other agent.
