Maximum period for accident pay. Notwithstanding that accident pay shall not be paid during the first five working days of any one injury the Employer shall make any payment required to be made pursuant to the said legislation during the period. The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident pay to be made by the Employer shall be a total of 52 weeks for any injury as defined in this clause.
