Maximum Donation. Employees are allowed to grant up to six (6) days during any twelve (12) month period.

Maximum Donation. Regardless of the performance of the fund, Donor will not be held accountable for any returns in excess of fifteen percent (15%) of the pledged capital. In the event that Virtù does yield over a 15% return, Donor will be notified of all final earnings, but will be required to pay only 15% of the amount pledged.

Xxxx leave may not be transferred by any unit member who, following transfer of the designated sick leave will have less than fifteen (15) days of accumulated sick leave. Donations may be made by permanent unit members as defined in section 16.6.2.
