Maximum Consecutive Hours Worked. Except for work performed in an emergency or life-threatening situation, no member may routinely work more than fourteen (14) consecutive hours if other employees are available. The parties further agree that there are situations, such as shift change day and certain days where a member will occasionally be required to work more than 12 non-consecutive hours in a day.
