Matrix Manager. The use of the AT Module Matrix Manager is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Changes made in draft mode to an existing matrix will have to be approved by the Cognibox project manager. Approval of this new matrix will be under the sole responsibility of the Cognibox team and will be carried out at the moment it deems appropriate. The provider disclaims any responsibility for the effects of such changes in the accesses granted or denied at the Customer’s site or on the level of compliance of the subcontractor’s employees as a result of these changes. This Agreement is effective as of the date Customer clicks “I agree” (the “Effective Date”). Use of Cognibox (as defined hereunder at Article 1.5) by Customer and its performance by Provider, as well as any requests from Customer to a Contractor to access and use Cognibox are governed by this Agreement. EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS, AND THAT THE PERSON SIGNING ON ITS BEHALF HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED TO DO SO. THE PERSON EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT ON CUSTOMER’S BEHALF REPRESENTS THAT HE OR SHE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO BIND CUSTOMER TO THESE TERMS.
