Matrices Clause Samples

The "Matrices" clause defines the use and structure of matrices within a contract or agreement, typically as tables or charts that organize and present key information. In practice, this clause specifies how data such as pricing, deliverables, timelines, or responsibilities are to be displayed in a matrix format, ensuring that complex information is easily accessible and understandable. By standardizing the presentation of critical details, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties have a clear reference point for important contractual elements.
Matrices. For purposes of computing a performance score for the Core Business, operating performance results for each Business Unit are evaluated using a performance matrix for the Fiscal Year. Each matrix assigns performance scores to various combinations of profitability and growth outcomes for the applicable Business Unit. These scores are then weighted and combined to produce the Performance Factor as described in Paragraph 4.d.ii. below. Each Business Unit will be evaluated, and the Committee has established performance matrices for the Fiscal Year for each of the Business Units.
Matrices. All parties to this agreement acknowledge that the Matrices listed in Clause 40 Schedule of Current Agreed Matrices, are the agreed matrices for the appropriate logical work area at the time of lodgement of the agreement and will be updated as required to meet changing business needs, following consultation with the affected employees.

Matrices. ‌ Two kind of square matrices are reported in the products: covariance matrices and aver- aging kernel matrices. In standard files, the matrices relative to the retrieved single species profile are re- ported, while in the extended one, those relative to the entire state vector. According to section 7.3 the former has rank equal to igrid, the latter equal to eflective_parameters. Since, as said at the beginning of this chapter, all variables are fixed in dimension, the matrices are contained in variables whose dimension is generally overestimated. Not used values are filled with “_FillValue”. In extended file, the variables containing these matrices are compressed with a “per variable” defiate compression algorithm.
