Materials and Construction. The materials to be used in and the manner of construction, repair, replacement, and maintenance to be followed under this Agreement shall comply with commonly accepted industry usage and accepted engineering practice, and shall conform to 49 CFR Part 192 β Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipeline: Minimum Federal Safety Standards β and any amendments thereto.
