Master Tenant Work Improvement Loans. 6.3.1 As provided in Section 4.3.4 above, Master Tenant may utilize Sublease Income to repay itself for funds it advances or borrows from a third party lender for Master Tenant’s Work, and any subsequent Improvements within the Premises that are neither Subtenant’s Work nor funded by the Town’s Capital Reserve Fund (“Master Tenant Work Improvement Loans”), on the following basis:
