Common use of Master Agreement Term Clause in Contracts

Master Agreement Term. The term of the Master Agreement commences on the Master Agreement Effective Date and will continue in effect until its expiration or termination pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions hereof (“Term”); provided, however, that, if the Master Agreement expires or is terminated (other than by Anchore pursuant to Section 10.4 (Termination for Material Breach) hereof) before the expiration or termination of any then-current Subscription Term under an applicable then-current Order Form(s), then such Order Form(s) will remain in full force and effect, and the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement shall remain in full force and effect solely for purposes of, and only to the extent incorporated by reference in, such Order Form(s), subject to the respective terms and conditions thereof; provided further, however, that, for any such termination hereof by Anchore pursuant to Section 10.4 (Termination for Material Breach), Anchore shall have the right, but not the obligation, to immediately terminate any or all then-current Order Form(s) and related Subscriptions without further obligation or liability to Customer. Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in the Master Agreement, any and all rights granted to Customer in the Master Agreement shall terminate immediately upon any termination or expiration hereof.
