Market Development. LICENSEE agrees to diligently pursue the development, scale-up, manufacturing and marketing of the Licensed Products in the United States and such countries as it shall determine is economically and practically desirable in a manner that is consistent with manufacture, scale-up, development and marketing efforts for similar products by businesses comparable to LICENSEE in size and resources.
