Mandatory Donations. 12.8 An employee who has received contributions from the Catastrophic Leave Bank must, upon return to duty, commence repaying donations with a minimum of one (1) accumulated sick leave day or accrued vacation day per year until total donations equal the amount of donated leave received from the bank, minus the number of days originally donated by the employee, as long as they are still employed by the District. Employees who are no longer employed by the District will not be required to repay donations. Procedures to Use/Withdraw Sick Leave – Conditions Restrictions
