Mandatory Base Rate Loans. Loans made by the Lenders (without a Loan Request) under the circumstances described in ss.2.8(b) or ss.2.9(d). Major Leases. A Lease of 20,000 square feet or more of the gross leasable area of a Building located on a Mortgaged Property and any guaranty of such Lease. Major Tenants. As to any Major Lease, those tenants that are parties to that Major Lease and any guarantors of the obligations of such tenants under such Major Lease.

  • Base Rate Loans During such periods as Revolving Loans shall be comprised in whole or in part of Base Rate Loans, such Base Rate Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Base Rate.
