Major Tenants. No Major Tenant shall be in default under its Lease after any applicable grace period nor shall a Major Tenant filed bankruptcy or sought any similar debtor protective measure or be the subject of an involuntary bankruptcy.
Major Tenants. No Major Tenant shall have terminated, or given notice of intent to terminate, their Tenant Lease pursuant to the terms of such Tenant Lease or otherwise. No Major Tenant, shall have vacated, abandoned, ceased operations or filed for either voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy. There shall be no material adverse change in the economic condition or business structure of Major Tenant between the end of the Inspection Period and the Closing.
