Managing the Health Benefits Program. By September 1 of each year the JLMBC shall report to the Board of Trustees on the committee’s actions and activities to mitigate increases to the cost of the Health Benefits Program so that it continues to provide quality health care to the District’s employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents at a reasonable and sustainable cost to the District.
