Managing Complaints and Feedback of Transferees. (a) The Health Services Manager must develop, implement and manage a system that allows Transferees to make a complaint or provide feedback on matters relevant to their Health Care, including the performance of any Health Care Provider or Health Services Manager Personnel. This system must specify policies and procedures that enable and support the management, response and resolution of Transferee complaints or feedback in a responsive, fair, open and timely manner.

MATERIALS In the event that a Party (Provider) provides the other Party (User) with Material: the Material will be solely owned by the Provider; the User must store, handle and use the Material in compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, codes and guidelines; the User must use the Material solely for the purpose of the Project and for no other purpose; the User must not use the Material in human subjects; the User must not, without the prior written consent of the Subject: transfer, distribute or disclose the Material to any third party external to the User; use the Material for commercial, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes; acknowledges that the Material are: experimental in nature and may have defects, deficiencies and hazardous properties; provided by the Provider without warranty, express or implied, and to the full extent permitted by law, all warranties related to the Material are excluded; and stored, handled and used at the Users’ sole risk. To the extent that the Provider has any legal rights in the Material, the Provider grants to the User a non-exclusive royalty free, transferable, worldwide licence to use, adapt and modify the Material for the purpose of performing the Project and carrying out its obligations under this Agreement and in accordance with the relevant Clinical Subject consent. Following termination of a Project and upon receipt of a written request by the Provider, the User must promptly return to the Provider (at the Provider’s expense) or destroy any unused Materials.

  • Representatives of the Parties The representatives of the parties who are authorized to administer this Agreement and to whom formal notices, demands, and communications will be given are as follows:

  • Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.

You may visit any branch, call us at 000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000, or access your transaction history via ComputerLine, MoneyLine, Green on the Go® for mobile, or the MSUFCU Mobile app to find out whether the deposit has been made. · You will get a statement every month if you have authorized any electronic funds transfer service described in Section 4. If no electronic funds transfer occurs in a particular calendar quarter, you will still receive a statement for that quarter. However, for an asset account to which you have authorized no electronic funds transfers other than preauthorized credits, you will get a statement quarterly. On any account considered dormant, a statement will be sent to you annually. · Periodic statements we send you on accounts that are subject to electronic funds transfers described in Section 4 and transaction receipts issued by an ATM are admissible evidence. · Your right to documentation as set forth above in this section does not apply when the electronic funds transfer occurs outside of the United States.

  • Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Upon request, the Union representative or xxxxxxx shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents.

  • Representative of the Recipient; Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Recipient is designated as representative of the Recipient for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.

  • Representatives of TEBA and the Association shall meet within 15 operational days to discuss the difference or at such later date that is mutually agreeable to the parties. By mutual agreement of TEBA and the Association, representatives of the School Division affected by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion about the difference.
