Common use of Manager’s Standard of Care Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Standard of Care. Manager agrees with Owner that (a) it will execute its duties under this Agreement in a manner that Manager reasonably believes will promote the overall long-term economic value and profitability of the Managed Facilities (the “Manager’s Standard of Care”), and (b) Manager shall be acting as the agent of Owner in connection with the performance of its duties under this Agreement. Owner agrees that the Manager’s Standard of Care and Manager’s duties as agent to Owner are further subject to, and
