Male Pronoun. Whenever the male pronoun or adjective is used in this Agreement, it shall be deemed to also include the female, unless otherwise indicated.
Male Pronoun. Wherever the male pronoun is used in the language of the Agreement, the phrase or clause applies equally to female employees and the use of the male pronoun is neither intended to discriminate nor to deny any of the rights or benefits provided by this Agreement.
