Common use of Maintenance, Warehouse and Sanitation Departments Clause in Contracts

Maintenance, Warehouse and Sanitation Departments. All employees in Maintenance, Warehouse and Sanitation Department classifications shall work up to a twelve (12) hour shift schedule. Shift schedules will be determined by the Employer based on operational demands, while seeking to provide as much consistency as reasonably possible.
