MAINTENANCE SHIFT SCHEDULES. The normal night shift is worked from ll:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., the Sunday shift has been commencing at 10:00 p.m. This one (1) hour worked on Sunday will be paid at double time. i.e. (10:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.) This rate will be applicable for maintenance repairperson coming in to initiate the one (1) hour start-up process. The above clause will not be applicable if a Sunday afternoon shift is scheduled. The parties agree that the one (1) hour Sunday start-up time is deemed mandatory overtime. All other hours worked from ll:00 p.m. Sunday until 7:00 a.m. Monday, will be paid at his regular hourly rate of pay. A maintenance employee who is called into work prior to his 10:00 pm start up shift will be paid the applicable call-in rate, but will not be entitled to the one (1) hour start up pay. Serviceperson’s hours of work will be from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. when production is on two (2) shifts.
