Maintenance of Vehicles. Contractor will service and maintain all vehicles used to provide services under this agreement in accordance with the maintenance specifications of the vehicles’ manufacturers and to the satisfaction of HCAOG and the California Highway Patrol. Contractor will, at all times, keep such vehicles neat and clean, lubricate them periodically and provide fuel, oil, tires and other parts as needed.
