Common use of Maintenance Log Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Log. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a maintenance log for all Collection vehicles. The log shall at all times be accessible to CITY by physical inspection upon request of the City Manager, and shall show, at a minimum, each vehicle’s CONTRACTOR assigned identification number, date purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of performance of any additional maintenance, and description of additional maintenance performed.
