Maintenance Log. Provider will keep and maintain, in accordance with Prudent Industry Standards, a separate maintenance log for each Covered Project in a paper or electronic format (“Maintenance Log”). The Maintenance Log will contain, among other things, descriptions of maintenance services performed by Provider, follow-up activities, if any, that are required, material and equipment costs, and other information relevant to Provider’s maintenance activities. Provider shall furnish to the Company the Maintenance Log upon the Company’s request and immediately prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, provided that Provider shall not be obligated to furnish to the Company the Maintenance Log more than once per calendar year unless such request is in connection with the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
Maintenance Log. FRANCHISEE shall maintain a maintenance log for all collection vehicles. The log shall at all times be accessible to TOWN by physical inspection upon request of Town Representative, and shall show, at a minimum, each collection vehicle’s FRANCHISEE assigned identification number, date purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of performance of any additional maintenance, a copy of the most recent BIT inspection report, and description of additional maintenance performed.

The information in the log shall be aggregated into a management report which shall be provided on a monthly basis or as otherwise indicated to the Customer.

This log shall include the date, time of service, amount pumped, condition of equipment (including parts and lift pump stations), recommendations for repairs if any, hauler name, and disposal of recycling information including receipts. In addition, photographs of pre and post interceptor cleaning and items recommended for repair (if possible) shall be provided for each service visit. Maintenance Log. Seller shall maintain a maintenance log for the Facility. The log shall include but not be limited to information on power production, fuel consumption and efficiency (if applicable), availability, maintenance (both breakdown and preventative) performed, outages, changes in operating status, inspections, manufacturer recommended services and replacement, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Information maintained pursuant to this paragraph shall be kept for two years and provided to Buyer electronically, within thirty (30) days of Buyer's request.

Licensee shall maintain an annual log showing the date, approximate time and duration, type and probable cause of all Cable Television System outages, whole or partial, due to causes other than routine testing or maintenance. The entries in such log shall be retained by Licensee for one (1) additional year and shall be subject to inspection and copying by the Issuing Authority or his designee during Licensee's regular business hours upon reasonable request.
