The log shall at all times be accessible to CITY via computer, or by physical inspection upon request of the City Representative, and shall show, at a minimum, each vehicle’s CONTRACTOR-assigned identification number, date purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of performance of any additional maintenance, and description of additional maintenance performed.
