Maintenance instructions. 6.1. Each Tenant is responsible for notifying the maintenance office of any damage to either the apartment or its contents or of any missing items. This should be done immediately when discovered, be it upon moving in or during the course of your stay. Tenants failing to do so are liable to be charged for unreported damage or loss of dormitory property.
