Maintenance and retention. Subrecipient shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain complete records (which shall include, but not be limited to, accounting records, grants, Contracts, agreements, letters of agreement, insurance documentation, memoranda and/or letters of understanding and client records) of its activities and expenditures hereunder in a form satisfactory to the State and County.
