Digital Records. If requested by RCO, the Sponsor must provide a digital file(s) of the project property and funded project site in a format specified by the RCO.
Digital Records. After execution of this Agreement and within ten (10) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, SM Energy will deliver to Buyer, any requested Records available in digital format (“Digital Records”) upon such request by Buyer so that Buyer may prepare to take over operations on the Closing Date. Any Digital Records delivered to Buyer prior to Closing will be subject to the public announcement provisions of Section 14.12 and the Confidentiality Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the Closing, then Buyer will return the Digital Records to SM Energy in their entirety and shall destroy any copies of the same that may have been created by Buyer.
Digital Records. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx agree to accept a digital image of this Lease, as executed in counterparts, as a true and correct original and admissible for the purposes of state law, Federal Rule of Evidence 1002, and like statutes and regulations.

The airborne data acquisition system will record the following information digitally in a format that enables the recording of each variable over its full dynamic range: GPS time (used as fiducial number ) GPS latitude, longitude or UTM easting, northing and elevation above ellipsoid GPS raw satellite range information Raw magnetic total field (One sensor) Calibrated radar altimeter output Three Fluxgate channels Six Spectrometer Channels (Tc,U, K,Th,Cocmic, and UpU) Spectrometer 256 channel spectrum The base station will record the following information digitally in a format that enables the recording of each variable over its full dynamic range. GPS time (used as fiducial number ) GPS raw satellite range information Raw magnetic total field Airborne Survey Contract All survey parameters including raw magnetic total field, electronic positioning, radar altimeter, and time and fiducial markers will be recorded digitally during data acquisition in flight. The magnetic base station will record total magnetic field and GPS time. The data acquisition system organizes the data in a form directly suited to building the processing database. This digital file structure has for each traverse and control line a unique line number and segment number. The base station magnetic profile and differentially corrected GPS coordinates are added to the database using GPS time for alignment.
Digital Records. Landlord and Tenant agree to accept a digital image of this Lease, as executed in counterparts, as a true and correct original and admissible for the purposes of state law, Federal Rule of Evidence 1002, and like statutes and regulations.
Digital Records. Employer, at their own expense, shall be responsible for recording and maintaining, along with any digital backups, all health and medical records of the patients. This shall include, but not be limited to, health history, X-rays, treatments, diagnosis, and any other details that should be kept on behalf of the patient.
Digital Records. Buyer and Seller acknowledge and understand that the transfer of a copy of a digital form of the Dealership’s records (“Records”) involves a joint and collaborative effort of the parties along with Seller’s Dealership Management System (“DMS”) vendor and requires the cooperation of the parties and the Seller’s DMS vendor. Promptly upon Buyer’s request prior to Closing, but in any event not less than ten (10) business days before the Closing Date, Seller agrees, at Buyer’s sole expense, to contact its DMS vendor and arrange for the transfer of a copy of its Records that are in digital form on its DMS to Buyer, either through (at Buyer’s election) the creation of a separate sign-on and creation of a mirror store on Seller’s DMS or transfer of a copy of the Records to a location and DMS vendor of Buyer’s choice in a format acceptable to Buyer’s DMS vendor, it being contemplated that Buyer shall have all necessary access to these Records immediately upon the Closing Date.

After execution of this Agreement and within ten (10) business days prior to the Closing Date (or termination of the Transition Services Agreement, if utilized), Seller will deliver to Buyer any requested Records available in digital format (“Digital Records”) upon such request by Buyer so that Buyer may prepare to take over operations on the Closing Date. Any Digital Records delivered to Buyer prior to Closing will be subject to the public announcement provisions of Section 7.05 and the Confidentiality Agreement dated July 24, 2013 by and between Seller and Buyer. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the Closing, then Buyer will return the Digital Records to Seller in their entirety and shall destroy any copies of the same that may have been created by Buyer.
