MAIN ASSUMPTIONS Sample Clauses

MAIN ASSUMPTIONS. The Service Provider’s current main assumptions are:  All TV and Radio Channels on the platform on 1 January 2019 will remain on the platform at similar average bit rate usage for the Q1 2019 invoicing period, namely September, October & November 2018, for the five year term, with the exception of one radio channel;  RTÉ One + 1 SD TV Content Transport Streams is broadcast 24 hours a day from the start of the 1st April 2019 and remains at its average bit rate usage levels for the full Term.  RTÉ 2 + 1 SD TV Content Transport Streams is broadcast with limited hours from the start of the 1st April 2019 and remains at its average bit rate usage levels for the broadcast hours for the full Term.  A new SD TV Content Transport Streams is broadcast from the 1st April 2020 and remains at its average bit rate usage levels for the remainder of the Term.  The total of the estimated input costs in the Service Provider’s cost model are in line with actual costs incurred over the Smoothing Period.  Some Pop Up Channels and Red Button Channels are requested through each year of the Term after year one. The Tariff is subject to fluctuation either up or down where assumptions are not met in reality.

MAIN ASSUMPTIONS. ‌ The main assumptions of this software component is that Upperware compo- nents have left a correct CAMEL (deployment, execution and metric) model in the CDO server of the PaaSage platform. In particular, it assumes the existence of an execution context, the specification of necessary metric instances to be monitored, and the component instances to be measured. Furthermore, a Met- ricsCollector instance operated in local mode assumes that a KairosDB is running and that necessary location and log-in credentials have been provided to it. The global MetricsCollector instance provides a publish-subscribe interface through which aggregated measurements are propagated to interested components (e.g., the Xxxxxxxx). Both types/modes of MetricsCollector operation require an appropriate connection to a CDO server (which should con- tain the CAMEL model of the application to be monitored) such that the nec- xxxxxx information concerning the metric computations are fetched and that the aggregated measurements produced are stored in this server.
MAIN ASSUMPTIONS. The Service Provider’s current main assumptions are:  Channels on the platform prior to 1 January 2015 will remain on the platform at the average bit rate usage for the Q1 2015 invoicing period, namely September, October & November 2014;  The two SD TV Content Transport Streams remain on the platform at their average bit rate usage.  If one of the existing SD Content Transport Steams were to upgrade to HD, this would have a similar impact as a new SD Content Transport Stream.  The total of the estimated input costs in the Service Provider’s cost model are in line with actual costs incurred over the Smoothing Period.
