Common use of Mail Distribution Clause in Contracts

Mail Distribution. The Association or any of its committees and affiliates, thereof, shall be entitled to use the school mails, E-mail system consistent with Board policy including the Acceptable Use Policy and bargaining unit members' mail boxes for distribution of any materials unless it puts an undue hardship upon the administration.
