LUNCH PERIODS WHEN APPLICABLE. Part time employees working a shift period similar to a full time employee shall have one (1) hour or one-half (½) hour off for lunch by mutual agreement. Lunch periods should be scheduled as near as possible to the midway point of his or her shift and in any case shall not be later than five (5) hours after the employee’s starting time on that particular shift.
