LPNs. An LPN employed at St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical Center who becomes an RN after October 1, 2008 will maintain PTO and EIB accrual at the level accrued as an LPN and will at such future time of transfer from LPN to RN status for wage placement purposes as an RN be given one (1) year of credit for each two (2) years of service as an LPN.
