Common use of Lost or Stolen Cards Clause in Contracts

Lost or Stolen Cards. You agree to notify us immediately if your Card is ever lost or stolen or if unauthorized use may occur. You agree to assist us in determining the facts, circumstances, and other pertinent information relating to any loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use of your Card(s) and to comply with such procedures as we may require in connection with our investigation. We will send you a new Card with a new account number to replace the Card that was lost or stolen. Although you will be issued a new account number, you will not be considered to have opened a new account, and any existing balance will be transferred to the replacement account.
