Wording. Wherever the singular or masculine form is used in this Agreement, it will be construed as the plural or feminine or neuter form, as the case may be, and vice versa, as the context or the Parties require.

Wording. The parties agree to supersede Exhibits 1; 2; 3 and 4 of the Agreement with Exhibits 1; 2; 3 and 4 of this First Amendment.
