Lost or Stolen Cards. You must tell us immediately by telephone or in writing if you know or suspect that a Card is lost or stolen, or if you know or suspect that your Card or the Account is being used without your authority. Once you have told us that your Card or Account is lost, stolen or used without your authority, we will be able to prevent use of that Card and the Account number.
