LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PROPERTY. A. Officers who have lost, damaged, or have had UNM property stolen in the line of duty, regardless of the cost, will not be required to reimburse UNM unless negligence is proven to the satisfaction of the Chief or Executive Director.
