Longevity Program. A regular faculty member who has completed fifteen (15) but not more than twenty (20) years of full-time service with the West ▇▇▇▇ Community College District “District” shall receive a total of a 1% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule. A regular faculty member who has completed twenty (20) but not more than twenty- five (25) years of full-time District service shall receive a total of a 2% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule. A regular faculty member who has completed twenty-five (25) years or more of full-time District service shall receive a total of a 6% increase to their base salary as determined by the salary schedule.
