Common use of Longevity Premium Clause in Contracts

Longevity Premium. The monthly Longevity Pay for employees shall be in accordance with the following schedule. 7 yrs = $100 10 yrs = $200 15 yrs = $300 20 yrs = $400 Notwithstanding the foregoing, employees currently receiving a higher dollar amount of longevity pay than the amount provided for above shall continue to receive the higher dollar amount until eligible for an increase based on the schedule set forth above.
