Common use of LONG SERVICE LEAVE Changed to Clause in Contracts

LONG SERVICE LEAVE Changed to. Former DoL employees who at the time of settlement of this Agreement had between 10 and 15 years of actual or recognised service will be entitled to LSL as follows:  two weeks’ holiday on completion of ten years’ continuous service, and  a further one week five yearly thereafter.

LONG SERVICE LEAVE Changed to. Former DoL employees who at the time of settlement of this Agreement had between 10 15 and 15 20 years of actual or recognised service will be entitled to LSL as follows:  two weeks’ holiday on to be taken prior to the completion of ten 20 years of service, and a further one week holiday at 20 years’ continuous service, ; and  a A further one week five yearly thereafter.

Former DoL employees who at the time of settlement of this Agreement had between 10 and 15 more than 20 years of actual or recognised service and who have not taken previous LSL or who have an entitlement to grand-parented provisions will be entitled to LSL as follows:  two weeks’ holiday on completion of ten years’ continuous service, and holiday; and.  a further one week five yearly thereafter.
