Logging Operations. (a) All employees in logging operations who work on New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, British Columbia Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day and Christmas Day will be paid rate and one-half for all hours so worked except as provided for in Article V - Hours of Work, Section 1(b) or Section (2)(b)B.
