LOCKS AND KEYS FOR PREMISES. No additional lock or locks shall be placed by Tenant on any door in the Building and no existing lock shall be changed unless the written consent of Landlord shall first have been obtained. A reasonable number of keys to the Premises and to the toilet rooms, if locked by Landlord, will be furnished by Landlord, and Tenant shall not have any duplicate key made. At the termination of this tenancy Tenant shall promptly return to Landlord all keys to the Building, Premises and toilet rooms.
