Common use of Location of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Location of Meetings. The JSC shall meet at least once per calendar quarter, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. JSC meetings may be held in person or by audio or video teleconference; provided that unless otherwise agreed, at least one (1) meeting per year shall be held in person.
