LOCALITY. The area around your home which is more than the road or street where your home is situated. The final decision on the exact extent of that area, if it relates to enforcement proceedings, will be decided by the courts. A person who lives in your home but does not have exclusive right to any part of it. You are responsible for making a lodger leave if you want to end the arrangement.
