Local Subsidy Review. 10 Immediately following approval of the Annual or Indexed Inflation 11 Adjustment, the EMS Administrative Board shall solicit from the parties to this agreement, 12 their separate proposals pursuant to Section 54(a) of this agreement for their respective 13 jurisdictions as to whether the upward adjustment shall be funded through increased user 14 fees or through governmental subsidies, or by a combination of both. If no action is taken 15 by a party within 30 days of written notice from the District of the proposed Annual 16 Indexed Inflation Adjustment, the increased price for services by the Ambulance Service 17 Contractor within that party's political boundaries shall be applied by the District entirely to 18 user fees.

  • OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices.   • Contract Closeout ‌ Prior to the contract’s expiration date, Supplier may be provided contract close out documentation and shall complete, sign and return to VITA Supply Chain Management within 30 days of receipt. This documentation may include, but not be limited to: Patent/Royalty Certificate, Tangible Property/Asset Certificate, Escrow Certificate, SWaM Subcontracting Certification of Compliance, Sales Reports/IFA Payments Completion Certificate, and Final Payment Certificate. Supplier is required to process these as requested to ensure completion of close-out administration and to maintain a positive performance reputation with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any closeout documentation not received within 30 days of Supplier’s receipt of the Commonwealth's request will be documented in the contract file as Supplier non-compliance. Supplier’s non-compliance may affect any pending payments due the Supplier, including final payment, until the documentation is returned.
