Common use of Local Occupational Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Local Occupational Health and Safety Committee. (a) The Employer shall initiate and maintain, at the regular place of employment, Local Occupational Health and Safety Committees where there is, subject to the provisions of Article 22.1, a workforce of ten (10) or more workers in an operation or work area classified as A (High) or B (Medium) by WCB First Aid Regulations.
