LOCAL EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE. Pursuant to Stockton Municipal Code Section 3.68.095 the CONTRACTOR and all subcontractors shall make a good faith effort to employ at least 50 percent of the workforce on this project from local residents, as measured by total labor work hours. Failure of any CONTRACTOR or subcontractor to comply with these requirements shall be deemed a material breach of the contract or subcontract. CONTRACTORS and subcontractors shall maintain records necessary for monitoring their compliance with section 3.68.095.
