LOADING PRIVILEGES. Loading privileges are granted by Seller to Buyer at requested terminals and confirmed through the issuance of loading numbers, but may be revoked by Seller at any time in its sole discretion. Any liftings by Xxxxx using these loading numbers will constitute an “Authorized Purchase”. Any liftings on an account in which Buyer was not issued loading numbers by Seller will constitute an “Unauthorized Purchase.”

LOADING PRIVILEGES. Loading privileges are granted by Seller to Buyer at requested terminals and confirmed through the issuance of loading numbers, but may be revoked by Seller at any time in its sole discretion. Any liftings by Buyer or their authorized agent, such as common carrier, (collectively “Carriers”) using these loading numbers will constitute an “Authorized Purchase” by the Buyer. Any liftings on an account in which Buyer was not issued loading numbers by Seller, or where product was not quoted to Buyer in the daily pricing emails as available, or where Buyer used another customer’s loading number to lift product will constitute an “Unauthorized Purchase”. Any liftings by Buyer, whether an Authorized Purchase or an Unauthorized Purchase, shall constitute an agreement between Buyer and Seller, (the “Agreement”), which will be governed by these General Conditions.

  • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.

These parameters include Automatic Number Identification ("ANI"), Calling Party Number ("CPN"), Privacy Indicator, calling party category information, originating line information, charge number, etc. Also included are all parameters relating to network signaling information, such as Carrier Information Parameter ("CIP"), wherever such information is needed for call routing or billing. GTE will provide SS7 via GR-394-SS7 and/or GR-317-SS7 format(s).

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability. The power factor range standards can be met using, for example without limitation, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors if agreed to by the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, or a combination of the two. The Developer shall not disable power factor equipment while the wind plant is in operation. Wind plants shall also be able to provide sufficient dynamic voltage support in lieu of the power system stabilizer and automatic voltage regulation at the generator excitation system if the System Reliability Impact Study shows this to be required for system safety or reliability.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Interconnection Product Options Interconnection Customer has selected the following (checked) type of Interconnection Service:

  • Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time. However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.

  • Signaling Each Party will provide the other Party with access to its databases and associated signaling necessary for the routing and completion of the other Party’s traffic in accordance with the provisions contained in the Unbundled Network Element Attachment or applicable access tariff.
