Living Wage Ordinance. Contractor may be required to comply, and require each of its Subcontractors to comply, with the provisions of the City’s Living Wage Ordinance, codified in San Diego Municipal Code [Code] sections 22.4201, et seq., in performing its obligations and/or duties under this Agreement. To the extent Contractor believes that it or its Subcontractors may be exempt from compliance pursuant to Code section 22.4215(b)(1), or any other exemption, Contractor may apply to City’s Living Wage Administrator for determination of exemption.
