Living Tissue Donor Benefit. Benefit will be provided for living donor of an organ or tissue to an employee or dependent covered by Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan, with respect to the donation involved, on the same basis as if the donor were himself an employee covered by the Policy Contract to the extent such donor is not covered under any other health insurance program.
